Aristide is Facing Criminal Charges by Michele Montas Dominique

Aristide needs to answer to the law if he broke the law, because no one is above the law.

Michele Montas Dominique Just Filed Complaint Against Jean-Bertrand Aristide

The "Haitian Joudalist" just learned that Michel Montas, the wife of Jean Dominique, just filed complaints against former Haitian president Jean-Bertrand Aristide.

This is all we know so far. We have our investigating team on this topic and we will inform you of any new development.

As you may remember, on April 3, 2000, Jean Dominique was shot and killed on his way to work at his radio station Radio Haiti.

The former radio host and owner Jean Dominique was married to Michel Montas Dominique and the father of three daughters.

Just before his death, Dominique was involved on publicizing cases of corruption and injustice in the Haitian society.

The question now:

Why did Michel Montas file a complaint against Jean-Bertrand Aristide?
