Tiba this is a classic from you, and i will tell you why. I have visited the neirgborhood of Mrs. Manigat and the roads in front of her living quarters, and they are shameful.

That is not to say that this is not the case with many order roads that are in front of some other very powerful people's homes.

But her husband was the President of Haiti, and she was a wanna-be senator who quitted on the people for lack of courage.

Mirlande has degrees and speak good French, but Michel speak the language of the people; Michel knows the passion of the people with a degree that is unique.

Most of the INITE Senators and Deputies and some business leaders are interested in her because they know that they can roule tete granmoun'nen pou ka fe sa yo vle ak peyia'; in thinking that with her as president celestin may get a chance in 5 years.

A former first lady that quit on the people as a wanna-be senator, and her and her husband can not even get the roads in her neighborhood fix, is now all of a sudden qualify to be president while facing someone that has been working with the haitian poor for 18 years under the Rose et Blanc foundation.

They can talk about micky all they want, but Michel Martelly is going to be voted president of Haiti on March 20th.

Michel and Wyclef have already done more for Haiti than all their diplomas put together.

Ask any average Haitian in the streets of Haiti or in the Diaspora and they will tell you the same thing.
