since his first tenure in office,
President Aristide had proven that he was an angry individual since the beginning of his residency.

he had threaten the
chamber of commerce members in april 1991 at their first meeting that he wouldn't be responsible of them, meaning their own
security, if they wouldn't accept to coorporate by investing in lending money to the gov't.then, his refusal for his first mimister to show up and meet with the legislators and then the historic speech of sept 27,1991,inciting one group ofhaitian cityzens(the poor)to violence against an other groud of haitians (the rich).

To me this is called "Irresponsability" and we shouldn't ear that from the president of a nation.therefor, if Mr Aristide wants to go back to Haiti, he rather keep his mouth shot because we don't need any more division in the haitian society.
