It was reported today that earlier this week, the prime Minister of CARICOM (Caribbean Community) Bruce Golding respectfully told the Prime Minister of Haiti, Jean Max Bellerive that it is in the interest of the region that Haiti finds its stability; mainly, because it is not the interest of CARICOM to see a situation that favors instability and uncertainty.

Adding that, the sooner that Haiti stabilizes itself under a new government, the sooner the Haitian people can devote themselves to reconstructing the country with the support of the Caribbean region.

Mr. Jean Max Bellerive answering some questions from the dignitaries of the OAS, in this conference, declared that
