Uhh, if she was just there for political purposes as you imply, seems she'd want as much media attention as possible.

As it was, she seemed, if anything, to be shunning the spotlight.

If she was running around giving press conferences and talking to reporters half the time, you (and CNN) would be blasting her for that.

I'd never vote for Palin but good for her for taking the time to do what she can.
