Sisters and Brothers,

Here is what is at the heart of the OAS Report that Preval and his Government recommended from the OAS:

Celestin: 21.9%
Martelly: + 22.2%
Manigat: + 31.6%

22.2% + 31.6% = 53,8% For Michel and Manigat
53.8% - 100% = 46,2% For Celestin and the Others
21.9% - 100% = 78.1% Against Celestin
