Lycee Petion, Voting Is Very Difficult

Haitian Voters are having trouble voting in Lycee Petion, Port-au-Prince Haiti.

The voters say their names cannot be found in the list.

A radio reporter was on the scene and all you could hear was frustrations amongst the crowd
