It doesn't seem like you have the political maturity to understand the Haitian political process, and therefore, I would sugject that you consult with someone with such understanding before you write such a nonsense ignorant message on the blog.

This is news to me.

Listen up my dear, what you just brought up applis to US voting system and it's called "Absentee Ballot".

Last time I checked Haiti was not a state of the United States nor a US-territory.

Haiti does not have such voting system.

Haitian citizens who desire to vote must be physically present in Haiti in order to vote.
