Are haitians overseas punished?

Do you think haitians leaving Haiti to have a better life and help Haiti, are punished by Haitian politicians?

According to haitians politicians, haitians overseas will have to fully pay to put Kids to school by paying taxes on money transfer and phone calls;that is a wonderful thing because we should not have more than 500000 kids out of school.

Thank God Martelly is taking concrete steps to solve the problems.

However I do not undderstand how to fully pay for schools and help others while you have to give up the status that allows you to make that money so you can fully get back you haitian rights.

Do we have to start a fight here?Let me know what you think.
