Jude Celesting For Prez. - November 14 2010, 9:14 PM

Unquestionably yes. I want Jude Celestin to be the next Haitian president here are my reasons:
1: It is obvious that Inite will win a majority of both chambers; that is, the senate where according to a recent poll they have a shot at adding 8 additional senators to their already 12 out of 30 total senators.

According to the same poll, they have the opportunity to gain 25 deputy in the first round of voting.

Note that according to the Haitian constitution the party that controls the parliament also produces the prime minister.

Can you imagine a scenario where Mad. Manigat is elected president and Inite controls the parliament and prime minister can you imagine the gridlock.

I submit to you, can Haiti put up with Gridlock at this time?

Nothing will get done. Additionally, Mad. Manigat would feel beholding to the sycophents who helped elected her. Unsavory types such as Tuneb Delpe, K-Plim, buffoons such as Reynold Georges, Steevens Benoit and established thief and curupt pol. such as Mr. 10% Youri Latortue would demand high governmental posts.

Prey tel, how how anyone can imagine Haiti prospering with these types is beyond me.

On the other hand, with a win by Inite we would have continuity.

Most posts on this forum tend to veered towards the anti-Preval slant.

However, lest we forget, before the catastrophic earthquake, Haiti was in the rebound.

Foreign investors were looking towards Haiti, kidnapping had decreased significantly, overall crime had decreased, and comcommitently, so did local tourism, tax revenues was in the increase, fours years of growth of the GDP, 750 kilometer of roads built, agricultural output had increased by over 30%, energy output also had increase.

Therefore, put aside the catastrophe, the Preval presidency was a positive one for the Haitian people.

Therefore, we want continuity with Jude Celestin for President of the republic.

Viv Jude Celestin for President.

Jude CNE pour les intimes.
