It is a beautifull message, and this proves, in spite of the criticism leveled at the man, he shows certain quality of statemanship.However, I hope this speech does not incence the populace into some form of rebllion.

I know that in a previous speech, he admonished the people to accept the decision of the Provisional Electoral council, but this time, I sense an undertone of disatisfation on his part that may be interpreted otherwise.

Let us hope he re-state anew his acceptance of the council decision.
