Voting is over already in some parts of Haiti, find out why!

Radio Signal FM is broadcasting that voting is over in parts of Haiti. Election fini, they say...

The reason is simple...

There are no voting ballots (Bulletins de vote), some voting booths are closed, some voting locations have no "Urnes" (Ballot boxes) and/or "Isoloirs" (voting booth)

Voters are screaming... They want to vote and they cannot vote
