UPDATE : Haiti Elections - Laurent Lamothe Must Have DECHARGE - BCEN Final Decision...

Haiti Elections Update - A final decision has been made in the 20-page judgement against former prime Minister Laurent Lamothe at the National Office of Electoral Disputes (BCEN) : Laurent Lamothe Must Have DECHARGE in order to participate in the upcoming presidential elections...

Journalist Guerrier Dieuseul of Haiti radio Caraibes FM reported going through a long list of "par ses Motifs" in the judgement, 20 pages an all.

"On the very last page, on page 20," Guerrier Dieuseul said, They said Laurent Lamothe MUST have DECHARGE... This is what we read on the last 'par ses motifs' of the tribunal..."

"If we understand this correctly," Guerrier Dieuseul continues, "Everything were were reading before were in the minutes of the judgement. The FINAL decision, the judges ask that Laurent Lamothe MUST have DECHARGE as former Prime Minister, Minister of Planning, Minister of Foreign affairs..."

There you have it folks... Laurent Lamothe needs DECHARGE in order to be approved as a candidate for president.

What do you think about that?

the comedy continues.

Why does it take 20 page decision to say no to Lamothe as well as the other "Makat" in the Electoral process.

No decharge documents, he shouldn't be even accepted as a potential candidate.

Let s get serious.

There will not be any election.
