Mirlande Manigat And 11 Other Candidates Want The Elections Cancelled

Presidential candidate Mirlande Manigat and 11 other candidates, including Michel Martely alias Sweet Micky, are calling for a cancellation of today's Presidential elections in Haiti... Too much fraud they say...

Voting Pin - Haiti Election Day 2010

Mirlande Manigat told CNN:

"I am asking my country's citizens, I am asking the Conseil Electoral Provisor, the government, and I'm telling the international community that as the leading candidate I'm asking for the formal cancellation of the elections...

... We have since this morning (witnessed) other elements which convince us that an operation is in play now in Haiti in order to jeopardize the election itself"

Manigat and the other 11 candidates, including Michel Martelly, are scheduled to give a press conference later today

Brother, listen!
There is no way to allow an immoral person as Martely to have his name on the list as President.

Maybe Mirlande could have won for president but what she thinks she can do with a devastate Haiti?

It is wise to cancel this elections, for the first time in the long history of Hayti it's people stand for good governance and credible elections.

Jude Celestin should be barred from future elections, we have fought too long to let this demagogue stand in the way of our future democracy
