Read this... Haitian journalist Esaue Cesar was offered money by a Ministre in Haiti to interview Guy Philippe so they could arrest Guy Philippe at the radio station.
"Esaue Cesar turned down offer", Journalist Louko Desir said in his radio show Matin Debat, but "Everyone knows Guy Philippe was arrested in front of a radio station."
