Haitian interim president Jocelerme Privert has no intentions of leaving power when is 120 days are up next week. According to the president the accord that put him in the national palace was NEVER about the number of days in power but the mission to hold elections and elect a new president to replace him...

Privert who just announced that the REPEAT of the first round presidential elections will be held in October does not foresee an end date to his interim presidency...
The question is: Will the Haitian parliament and/or the people see things the same way Privert sees it?
