Wilkinson Bazile was attached to the office of CEP member Jacceus Joseph.

The Haitian media reports this incident happened in Delmas 32, not far from Delimart.

The Electoral Council officially told the media they will not make any interpretation of what happened, they are waiting for a police investigation before they can release their position in this matter.
