Haiti Election Votes Count - Massive Irregularities Detected

Massive irregularities have been detected in the recent Haiti presidential election vote count. A new report suggests that about 156,000 votes were not counted in the previous tallies and that the Haiti election results should not be salvaged.

After all... Michel Martelly lost to Jude Celestin by ONLY 6,845 votes and 156,000 votes were not counted?

This report came from the Center for Economic and Policy Research (CEPR).

Mark Weisbrot, co-author of the report, says...

"The amount of votes not counted or counted wrong in this election is huge - much larger than has been reported by either the Organization of American States or the Provisional Electoral Council...

...I don't see how any professional observers could legitimately certify this election result..."

QUESTION

A twelve-member panel from the Organization of American States (OEA/OAS) is currently in Haiti reviewing the presidential elections vote count...

What do you think their final answer will be?

Will there be a round 2?

Will it be Manigat-Celestin, Manigat-Martelly, or Celestin-Martelly?

Or will they just have to do it ALL OVER AGAIN?
