They have to annulled the process and start a new election having to recount the 3 candidated its just a wast of time. 1.- This should be unacceptable because many ballots boxes were stuffed in favor of the official candidate, before the vote. Most probably, Mr. Celestin does not really belong among the top three
2.- In addition most of the cheating took place in the congressional races favor of "Inite".

3.-Therefore only new elections can solve both
