Apparently Ernst Jeudy was arrested back in 1987 after a sniffer god helped police detect nearly 1/2 pound cocaine in a tote bag he checked in at Miami International Airport. . Ernst Jeudy was arrested by police, found guilty and sentenced to 3 1/2 years in prison for drug trafficking.

Now... Ernst Jeudy, 58, who is seeking to represent one of Haiti's most lucrative tax bases, the Miami Herald says...
