Evans Paul compares president Jovenel Moise to the Captain of the Titanic who decided to go down with the ship although he said "That's not what I am saying because we have not yet accepted the fact that we are sinking but the boat is definitely taking on water"

Evans paul list many reasons why President Jovenel has not reached his mark thus far into his presidency.

"The first reason is the system," he said. "You do not improvise the post of president, prime minister or ministre but that's what we've been doing for a very long time."

Paul point out that the problem that is crippling the State is due to the weakness of the political parties in Haiti.

"Until there are two or three strong political parties in Haiti with strong visions and programs, we will wake up tomorrow, pick the next person who mostly resembles a president and we will figure out a way to overthrow him the next day,"he said.
