C'est avec un sentiment du devoir accompli que je participe à la Cérémonie de Présentation et d'Installation du Haut État-major des FAd'H. J'ai fait mon devoir. Ces officiers devront remplir le leur en mettant sur pied un corps professionnel dédié à la protection de la Nation.
