Evaliere BEAUPLAN?

According to people from his poor village in North West Haiti where he is from who know him, he is bad news .For others in national politics, he is a Jack Ass.No brains.

Linked to the Petro Caribe Haitian Senate Commission, he is also seen as a big mouth Comedian i.e. a laughing stock, who can sill be dangerous by many counts as advising members of his leftist radical political party to drop oil on the roads in his fight to the current Government of Haiti.
