Haiti needs a team of leaders.

A team of leaders to :
1) Create jobs
2) Slow down the overpopulation explosion
3) Tackle the Environment thru additional Agroforestry space at the national level.

For that, again as you said, you need a team of leaders, more than the current smart Harvard graduate looking boys from the National Palace.
