Alert Haiti: Corruption is rampant at Service de la Circulation, Someone please investigate!

I wish someone can take a look at corruption at the Office of Circulation where corruption is rampant.

I spent 2 days last week trying to transfer a car title to no avail.

In the courtyard you can see police officers, employees handed money wrap in piece of paper to someone in order to get the work done. Inside the Bureau of Circulation its worse.

There is a man call Jean Ba. He is seating on his desk and people is bringing to him 100, 200 Haitian dollar to speed up the process.

Shame, shame
