Haitians in Diaspora in USA, Canada, everywhere else will not...

Haitians in Diaspora in USA, Canada, everywhere else will not have to go Haiti to vote, they will vote in their communities in Brooklyn, Manhattan, in Montreal, Canada, etc.
Haitian leaders overseas will work on the October election 2016 everywhere to elect a President who will work for the Haitian people.
