This should not be a secret.

It is something we need to think about seriously.

The current constitution needs to be revised, amended, or modified because it is and has been quite problematic for Haiti.

Haiti is not the first country that has its constitutions changed.

We have to remember that the 1987 constitution emerged out of the history of dictatorial regime when the then assembly constituents rushed to do something.

More importantly, we might have to look at the current electoral formula as well due to the proliferation or multiplicity of fragmented parties.
