Some of us might remember the old west or dodge city of old time whereas if do not carry a gun you are dead in other words, those guys were outlaws who thought like some low class haitians are unfortunately think they are above the laws and yet they are outlaws and lawless thugs.

Yes to deal with them the laws must be stricter and swifter, this is the only way to deal with them, fight fire with fire....
