No Electricity In Delmas 33-41 For A Week Now

To President Martelly - Please do something to restore electricity to Delmas 33-41. My husband arrived from the United States and is wondering what the problem is. My mother in law is elderly and needs it!! It's hot out there, as you know! Please make this a priority! Thank you!
