Collision du cortège Présidentiel de Martelly à Milot

Martelly did not have time to visit the upper floors at the Citadelle because of an unexpected strange occurence.

According to witnesses Martelly without warning started to leave the Citadelle Laferiere in hurry.

Someone close to Martelly later reported that Martelly claimed he saw the apparition of king Henri Christophe that was on hot pursuit of Martelly while chastising him for trying to compromising the integrity and sovereignty of the Citadelle Laferierre with the Dominican for monies.The collision occurred during the presidential visit debacle.
