Whenever you hear tha mass of people are leaving Haiti by any desperate means necessary, You know it is an indication of gross social injustice.

The Duvalier immigration Exodus
We have the same Duvalier Exodus phenomena under the Duvalier despot regime of Francois Duvalier and Jean Claude Duvalier where several thousand of Haitians died on high sea trying to escape the social injustice and the brutality of the Duvalier tonton macoutes.
