Countries like Agentina, Brazil,Chile to name a few are taking steps to to implement transparency of the rule of law in their countries while the rule of law has been on the back seat in Haiti and allow the following war criminal and/or thieves to go unpunished in Haiti.

People like Henri Namphy, William Regala, Joseph Raoul Cedras, Jean Claude Duvalier, Michelle Bennett, Prosper Avril, Abel Jerome, Sanette Balmir, St. Ange Bomtemps, Guy Philippe, Louis-Jodel Chamblain and host of other never pay for their heinous crimes.
