Arsene you apparently had a bad digestion to dream of Roro Nelson as the next police chief in Haiti.

The Haitian people will not stand for that.
People like Marques S. Prosper[during Paul Eugene Magloire administration]or Tibobo [During Francois Duvalier regime] have no place in Haitian society today.
