On May 10th 2012 those armored vehicles below were seen leaving the Haitian parliament building with macoute load of monies en route to various airports on Hispaniola were those monies will be deposited on offshore banks for the tonton macoutes.

* Tonton macoute has another definition: Any Haitian politician that receive bribe to perform a service.

* Any Haitian politician that cross the Haitian border to receive bribes.
