Jean Pierre Alexandre, in light of your last two comments, we are reassessing your intelligence to see if you meet our criteria of semi intelligent.

We may have to demote you to to a not so intelligent officer or agent.

This may mean that we will cancel your trip to Colombia, Dominican Republic and Venezuela.
