Wilbert, yes, I agree with you that tax and or other incentives are good ways to bring the economy back;But on the other hand corruption, political unrest, social disobedience and the lack of TRUST from other nations are literally killing us. We can't rely anymore on proximity of Haiti to other countries.

Technology can take care of distance issues.

I will say it again and again, we MUST take care of business at home first by ourselves and we should work on being LESS divided so that we can present a united front to the world in order to defend HAITI.

We must also take into account that the world itself is unified at least economically, if we have to believe the "New World Order".

We will be lump by regions now, for instance North America including Canada, South America, Central America, Asia, Africa and the Caribbeans.

Haiti might be very soon under the tutelage of South, Central America and the Caribbeans nations.

If we don't get together for real, we might be at the very bottom of the list and that will entails new sheriffs in town.
