You again Alexandre with your brutish and guns as pseudo solution that makes you sound like a US agent provocateur.

The elite is a necessary evil in any country but it become a problem when the State become its servant and failed to manages it and keeps it on check.

Some historians blamed Dessalines for the current underdevelopment of Haiti because he killed the elites, but doing otherwise would cause the reestablishment of slavery.

Remember not all the elites are in the same bag. some are incorrigible psychopath like Luckner Cambrone, other have good conscience like Izmeri.

Most often than not, it is the "ti-grangous" who cannot make positive social changes for a country because when they seized power they want to overcompensated for their long history of material deprivation and deprivation of status such as in the case of Luckner Cambrone and others.

Their first agenda is not to help the masses but to help themselves and their network by stealing without pity.

In our epoch we should look at different approaches and examples.

Take Vietnam for example, Ho Chi Minh's father, Nguyen Sinh Huy was a teacher employed by the French which put him in the petit bourgeois class.

After Ho Chi Minh expelled the Americans from South Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh did not kill the elites and civil servants in South Vietnam that were the valets of the French and the American there; Ho Chi Minh rounded-up, the elites and civil servants in South Vietnam and send them to reeducation camps. Not all of them were reformed, however today, Vietnam is a vibrant country with its former elite reformed but alive.

Now let's takes example of people that belong to the elite of their countries and see positive changes they have done.

Fidel Alejandro Castro Ruz's father was a multi millionaire who possessed also many lands in Cuba. Fidel Castro was not a psychopath.

He attended the finest schools in Havana and see the necessity to help the poor in Cuba. When he seized power, he gave away his father fortune to the poor including his father's lands.

By the way Fidel Godfather was the Haitian consul in Havana named Louis Hipolite Hubbert

Ernesto Guevara, the Argentinian MD Doctor, is well known as a humanitarian social reformist.

It is well known that in Latin America to become a physician your parents must have some monies, nevertheless,Ernesto Guevara defended the poor and has been an icon of social justice world wide.

Vladimir Illich Ulyanov (later known as Lenin)was not too poor man in Russia.

He belongs to what we call petit bourgeois class.

His father, Ilya Ulyanov, a local schools inspector, held conservative views and was a devout member of the Russian Church.

Lenin had a different mind from his father and made positive Social changes in Russia.

Mao Tse-tung, although his father was a poor peasant in China but became a prosperous farmer and grain dealer.

So his son Mao was a petit bourgeois.

Mao Tse-tung was able to make structural social reform in China by changing China from extreme degradation and poverty to its way to a world superpower.
