Michel Martelly must understand that he is a psychiatric patient with a mediocre education.Thus, This retard is ill prepared to run the affairs of the state.

Martelly, his family, his criminal rose and his constellation of thieves, leaches, flatters, phagots must go a.s.a.p. or we will get them including Jean Pierre Alexandre.
