Monel, you are right.

Look what happened to Jean Claude Duvalier.

His papa and mamma looted and emptied the Haitian treasury for him. He went to France; spend the money as fast as he could in buying fast cars, instant women or blonde prostitutes, dope, alcohol, casinos, expensive restaurants and nightclubs.

Jean Claude was so broke that he sleep under the seine river as homeless a couple of times while waiting for money transfer from US, Canada, Haiti, Mexico, Bahamas, Jamaica, Dominican Republic, etc from people that knows him. This has been a well-kept secret.
