Some world leaders refuse to meet president Martely.

you know why some world leaders like:Barack Obama, Nicolas Sakowzi, kirshner Christina of Argentine avoid to meet Mr. Martely because the don't know until now on what Martely stand for.the true leadership don't believe in flip -flapping.Martely isn't has a fix position about the world reality.when he says something today, tomorrow he says another thing.
