We read this already.

Those are a summary of rumors and innuendos from a network of discredited individuals in Haiti.

Most of the sources are involved in drug trafficking, political assassinations and human rights violations.

This so call dossier have been put together by a network of Aristide lobbyists that have become millionaire on the back of the Haitian people see: haitipolicy.org/Lobbying7.htm Thanks to Aristide.

They have fabricated this so called dossier as a diversion.

Shameless Aristide solicited officially an embargo that destroyed our country and several foreign military occupations.

The first one in 1994 bringing to our country US military forces see: c-spanvideo.org/program/60373-1 and in 1995 UN forces.
