What the Senator was shocked to see was all these people buying and selling us with a bunch of money at their hand on the street.

With only 6000 police for the whole country, he was amazed and said on the news that Haiti is not as unsafe as they claimed it to be. Think about that. Mr. Martelly is former military man even though he didn't last long in the force, but he was from the haitian military academy.

I think for him totry bringing back the armee is nothing but ego.
