peoplehaitien at rocketmail.com is a new e-mail that was set up to receive complaints when abuse of authority, human rights and civil rights are committed by any member in the Michehel Martelly network whether that offence is committed by a militia, a spy, a police, a functionary in his administration or whoever is connected to Martelly
