for any reason whatsoever, if there are foreigne troops on a soverein nation's territory, it is nothing but occupation.The munutah has not contributed to any thing possitive in Haiti.the soldiers rape, kill and steal the paysans goat with impunity.

munutah must go and Haiti will be a soverein
