I am going to keep an open mind about this guy. We shall see. Every body is always quick to blame presidents, leaders that do not do or fail to do anything, my advice for Martelly is to surround himself with good advisors because any good leader will fall due to lack of counsels.

Haiti needs law and order!
If you have no law and no order, then there will be no justice and no peace.

It's time that everybody in Haiti start to respect one another and hand in hand work together.

Build and move some prisons outside the capital, like in Isle de la Gonave or Titanyen.

And put prisoners of hateful and bad crimes in chain gang like in some southern states in the U.S and make them pay their debt to society by farming and planting trees.

Finally, when we have law and order the diaspora and tours will come to Haiti and spend money instead of going to santo Domingo or some other country.

Haiti can be Haiti again, a country people would want to visit or it could be a country every body wants to get out of.
