Resignation does not mean not a single thing, accountability who should be punished for those frauds.

Remember those inappropriate actions led to casualties and lost of human lives, properties damages and much more. A significant moment in history for the haitians an their elected president as far as justice is concerned what's going to be Mr new president's move.Any careless move will be noted by the international community.When the bowl is full you will definitely know what will be next. No tolerance for incompetency in year 2011 (TOUT TI VIS PED).
