Martelly, You need to create jobs (police, construction,cleaning) the money is there.Make them put the guns down and get a 9 to 5. They need to work like everybody and provide for themselves and their children.

It gives you pride and character and discipline.

So they do not have time for stealing, kidnapping and riots.

No more sorry me, Please give me.The money is there.

Lots of work need to be done.Put them to work please
