cell phone era in haiti

there is a cell phone era in haiti now where if you are in the street and talk to someone that a thief will ask you to give the cell phone.

this kind of transaction is basically an act of terorrist.and before this act go further i wish that the people in charge take the responsiblility in hand to fight these act.
in my oppinion the stealling of the cells phone has a lot to do with the terrors chief that are living in haiti now and try to collect as mannny cells phone as they can to continue their acts. At this momment their are a lot of people in haiti that are suppose to be under close monitor because of their way if I can not eat the food I will destroy it so no one can eat it.
