Haiti Election Day - Fake Monitors Reportedly Arrested By Police

There is a report of some Fake Election monitor arrested by police in Haiti.

Earlier in the day there were report of a couple of young ladies who were questions by Mirlande Maniga RDNP campaign officials and they were unable to prove that they were legitimate monitors for RDNP
