God always send someone to help the unfortunates one even if the unfortunated one are wild dogs, you just need to be smart to feed them with a long spoon (or dump the food in the floor) makes sure safety is priority.

Haitians people so far cannot see the sun rays, they are still in the shadow of the moon.Some so-called Haitians interlectuals are worse.
